1. Introduction

FivePulse ("we", "us", "our") operates the fivepulse.co website and the FivePulse platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Discord authentication: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (provided by Discord OAuth2)
• Email authentication: Your email address and a hashed password

We do not store your Discord access token beyond the initial authentication exchange.

Server Telemetry Data

The FivePulse resource installed on your FiveM server collects performance metrics only:

• Per-resource CPU usage (milliseconds)
• Per-resource memory usage
• Entity counts (vehicles, peds, objects)
• Player count (number only — no player names, IPs, or identifiers)
• Thread hitch events and severity
• Server tick timing
• Server configuration values (onesync, max clients, game build)
• Resource list and metadata (names, versions, script counts)

What We Do NOT Collect

• Player IP addresses
• Player names or identifiers
• Chat messages or in-game communications
• Player gameplay data or positions
• Database contents or queries
• File contents beyond script metadata
• Any personally identifiable information about your server's players

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of payment and your Stripe customer ID.

Usage Data

We collect basic analytics about how you use the dashboard, including pages visited and features used. This helps us improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Calculate health scores and detect performance problems
• Display historical performance charts and analytics
• Send alerts via Discord webhooks (when configured by you)
• Process payments for paid subscriptions
• Communicate with you about your account or service updates
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or telemetry data with third parties, except:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Discord: For OAuth authentication and webhook delivery
• Infrastructure providers: Our hosting providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Data Retention

Telemetry data is retained according to your subscription plan (1 hour to 90 days). When data exceeds your plan's retention period, it is automatically and permanently deleted.

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (account info, server data, telemetry) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• API keys are hashed before storage
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and bot mitigation

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your telemetry data (available on Pro and Business plans)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (JWT token) stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
